Biography

Regina Nemni has played herself and has been a guest as herself on so many Italian talk shows that you’d think this svelte brunette wasn’t an actress at all. But you’d be wrong. She’s been working on film since her uncredited debut in the historical musical drama And the Ship Sails On (1983), directed by legendary Italian Federico Fellini. That guy knows how to pick them, but we have to hand it to another famous Italian director, Michelangelo Antonioni, whose segment in the sexual collection of short films Eros (2004) called “The Dangerous Thread of Things.” In it, she dances completely nude at the beach. That’s sure to get your surf up.
